About Us

Capital Services was established in 2000 to assist major housebuilders and developers with their customer care needs.

With a lengthy background in site work, the headache of after-sales works and working within customer’s homes was clearly underestimated by some. Our Managing Director, Terry Hallahan, was keen to provide a simple, effective solution.

Developers and housing associations know they can hand their Customer Care and after-sales maintenance to us with the reassurance that it is in safe hands and it will be handled professionally and sympathetically.

Capital Services has built a strong reputation for providing a comprehensive and trusted service. In order to provide Customer Care, we at Capital Services feel it is important to employ the right team, a team that is highly skilled in their trade, as well as proud of their work, their appearance and attitude.

Every one of our team has been personally hand-picked and chosen by our Managing Director with his criteria being that he would be happy to send them around to work at his own Mum and Dad’s house. They are thorough, considerate, tidy, respectful and above all efficient in resolving problems in full.

When working in other people’s homes, it is important to be respectful and to minimise disruption. We achieve this by:

Agreeing a convenient time to visit a property
Sending experienced and fully equipped trades
Always using the correct protections to cover the floor and possessions from point of entry to place of work
Working efficiently and to a high standard
Completing the job in one visit whenever possible
Ensuring customer’s homes are left in a better condition than when we arrived

Our logo sums up our business. We genuinely care about providing an extensive range of construction trade services, to ensure that every homeowner and tenant can enjoy their new home.

We believe that making the right first impression is everything. Our Managing Director always says you can only make one first impression. The Capital Services team are instantly recognisable, arriving on-site in a clean branded van logoed with hearts and houses, wearing our uniform. We trust each and every one of them with our brand reputation because our ethos is instilled from the start.

We aim to exceed expectations. We sort out issues to the satisfaction of homeowners and tenants, whilst providing a simple, stress-free solution for housebuilders and their customers.
